- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Nature of MaxStores
- MaxStores is an online marketplace that connects independent Sellers with Customers in Yemen.
- The Platform facilitates listing of products, order processing and, where applicable, payment and communication between the parties.
- Each Seller remains responsible for the products they list, including quality, availability, accurate descriptions and after-sales service. MaxStores works to help resolve disputes but is not a direct party to the sale contract between Customer and Seller.

4. Products and Pricing
- Sellers strive to keep product information and prices up to date; however, errors may occasionally occur.
- In case of an obvious error in price or description, MaxStores or the Seller may cancel or amend the order after informing the Customer and explaining the reason.
- All prices, offers, discounts and any additional charges (such as delivery fees) are shown as clearly as possible before checkout.

5. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order through the Website is considered an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
- MaxStores or the Seller may accept, reject or cancel an order in certain cases, such as product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse.
- Available payment methods depend on your location and may include cash on delivery or electronic payment options, as displayed at checkout.
- The Customer must pay the full amount of the order and any applicable delivery fees as shown on the checkout page.

6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on the Customer’s address, product availability and the shipping method used.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as weather, road closures or general conditions in the country).
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect data are the Customer’s responsibility.

- Each Seller is responsible for the content, images and descriptions of their products and warrants that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
